1、 Overview

Including softening tank, cation exchange resin, resin regeneration device, instrument pipeline, etc. Use valve switches to operate, backwash, regenerate, and flush the device. Principle: A fully automatic water softener is a device that automatically controls every step of its operation and regeneration, and uses methods such as time, flow rate, or induction to initiate regeneration. The circulation process of a fully automatic water softener usually consists of the following specific steps.
1. Operation: Raw water flows through a softener equipped with ion exchange resin under a certain pressure and flow rate. The exchangeable ion Na+contained in the resin undergoes ion exchange with cations (Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe2+, etc.) in water to achieve the required Ca2+and Mg2+content in the effluent of the softener.
2. Backwash: After resin failure, backwash with water from bottom to top before regeneration. The purpose of backwash is twofold: first, to loosen the resin layer that is compressed during operation, which is beneficial for the resin particles to fully contact with the regeneration solution; second, to remove suspended solids accumulated on the resin surface layer and suspended solids on the resin surface during operation. At the same time, some broken resin particles can also be discharged with the backwash water. In this way, the water flow resistance of the exchanger will not increase.
3. Regeneration: The regeneration solution flows through the failed resin layer at a certain concentration and flow rate, reducing and regenerating the resin to restore its original exchange capacity.
4. Substitution: After the regeneration solution is completed, there is still salt solution in the expansion space and resin layer of the exchanger that has not yet participated in the regeneration exchange. In order to fully utilize this salt solution, clean it with water that is less than or equal to the flow rate of the regeneration solution, in order to prevent mixing between the clean water and the regeneration solution.
5. Upwash: The purpose is to remove residual regenerated waste liquid from the resin layer, usually cleaned at normal operating flow rate until the effluent is qualified.
6. Salt tank replenishment: Inject the required amount of salt consumption for dissolution and regeneration into the salt tank.

1. Imported control valve: The valve body material is high-strength, lightweight, corrosion-resistant engineering plastic, and lead-free brass. Control valve model: time control, flow control type.
Time control: It sets the regeneration cycle based on hourly production and cycle water production, and is generally suitable for situations where water consumption is relatively stable. Flow control: It starts the regeneration program based on the periodic water production rate. When the equipment is running, a dedicated flow meter counts the total water production rate. When the total water production reaches the set periodic water production rate, the controller starts the regeneration program for automatic regeneration. The regeneration of the equipment is independent of the running time and is generally suitable for situations where the water consumption is unstable and continuous. 2. The teeth are filled with polypropylene material filled with glass fiber. The length of the equipment operating cycle and the amount of salt input can be adjusted according to the hardness of the raw water. It has low resin consumption, low salt consumption, excellent water quality, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
The equipment has strong adaptability, and the residual hardness of softened water after one softening of high hardness raw water (≤ 30mmol/1) is ≤ 0.03mmol/1.
The equipment continuously produces water without the need for a backup exchanger, and does not require the installation of a salt tank, salt pump, or pressure salt solubilizer.
The equipment is lightweight, occupies a small area, does not require a dedicated factory building, does not require a concrete foundation, and has low costs for civil engineering, installation, operation, and maintenance.
The equipment has been filled with resin before leaving the factory, making installation easy. Simply connect the inlet and outlet pipes and power supply to start producing soft water.
The energy-saving effect of the equipment is significant. Compared with similar products, it saves 50% of investment, 30% of salt, 60% of cleaning water, and reduces a lot of environmental pollution.
7、 Advantages:

8、 Fully automaticwater softenerInstallation precautions:
1. No installation foundation is required, it can be installed horizontally on the foundation; 2. Require that there is a sewage outlet on the ground near the equipment; 3. If the inlet water pressure is lower than the required value, a booster pump must be installed; 4. The softened water outlet pipeline is a direct heating device and must be equipped with a check valve to prevent hot water from flowing back. 5. Keep the salt solution at saturation concentration, and the solid salt solution should be higher than the liquid level. After installation, the pipeline should be flushed to prevent impurities from blocking and contaminating the resin. 7.
